Warranty Information

We ASSEbee beekeeping provide 1 year warranty for all the beekeeping equipment and tools you purchase from us, during this time, if there is some quality problem, we will provide free parts to fix the equipment, we also provide 5 years pare parts support for all the equipment and parts.

Shipping ways

For sample, we use DHL, TNT, FedEx, EMS or UPS to you, because this is fast than other shipping ways, you can check the quality more early.

For big order, we use sea or train shipping , because these two ways are very cheap to any countries all around the world.

Catalog errors

We are not responsible for typographical or photographic errors that may appear in any ASSEbee material. We reserve the right to make adjustments or corrections due to changing market conditions, product discontinuations or typographical or photographic errors in products.

Back orders

Items back-ordered always receive first priority from shipping department. Freight charges for a back-ordered item is your responsibility.
